This entity is the data controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Portuguese Law 58/2019.

1. Data we collect

We may process the following data when you provide it voluntarily (booking form, phone, WhatsApp, email or Instagram):

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Date and details of the requested service (origin, destination, number of passengers, flight information, etc.)
• Communications you send us

We do not intentionally collect special category data. If needed for the service (e.g. reduced mobility), we process it only with your consent and for that purpose.

2. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to booking requests and providing the service — performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Commercial contact related to your request — legitimate interest or consent, as applicable.
• Compliance with legal obligations (invoicing, accounting) — Art. 6(1)(c).

3. Recipients

Data is processed internally. It may be shared with service providers strictly necessary to operate (e.g. email hosting, WhatsApp/Meta when you use that channel). We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.

4. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to manage the booking and meet legal obligations (including tax). Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted or anonymised after a reasonable period (typically up to 12 months), unless a longer legal retention applies.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD — www.cnpd.pt).
